The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has confirmed that the digital databases of Ukrainian military personnel remain inaccessible to Russia, despite military attacks on recruitment centers. The 'Army+' application has already digitized over 80% of the personal files of conscripts, aiding more than 800,000 active servicemen.

According to the agency, the digital data is stored on a secure cloud infrastructure, making it inaccessible to unauthorized persons. Damage to equipment does not affect operators' access to important data.

Damaged operator equipment in no way affects operators' access to the 'Oberih' registry.

It is worth mentioning that the Verkhovna Rada has extended martial law and mobilization for 90 days, until November 5, 2025.

In summary:Ukrainian digital databases of military personnel remain protected from Russian attacks, allowing the government to continue fulfilling its duties towards active servicemen and conscripts. Despite the risks, the secure data storage infrastructure continues to operate reliably to protect information.
