Diya launched the basic social assistance: who will receive payments to the card

Diya has launched a new service in Ukraine - Basic Social Assistance. This service combines several social benefits and provides them as a monthly allowance for low-income families.

According to the press service of PrivatBank, to use this service, you can submit an application online through Diya, select the Diya Card of PrivatBank to receive funds, get a decision, and wait for the payment to the card.

Social assistance can be received by citizens who receive such payments from the state as assistance to low-income families, payments for children to single mothers, and temporary assistance to children whose parents evade alimony or whose whereabouts are unknown.

Transparent conditions for receiving assistance

The amount of the payment is automatically calculated for each family depending on its composition and income, ensuring a transparent decision for each Ukrainian. In the future, this list will expand, as all other families that meet the criteria of the Program will also be able to receive assistance.

'Diya Card is a universal bank card that allows you to open accounts for receiving payments under various government programs and use funds within each program. PrivatBank clients can open a Diya Card in just a few clicks digitally in the Privat24 application (menu All accounts - Add - Diya Card)', - the bank said.

The Basic Social Assistance initiative from Diya aims to support low-income families and create accessible conditions for receiving social assistance in Ukraine.
