The combat experience of Ukraine will become NATO doctrine: what does it mean
According to hvylya.net: The team and personnel of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Center for Analysis, Preparation, and Education (JATEC) participated in the framework program conference for operational forces development (OFDeF). Representatives of JATEC worked in working groups on training, air defense, logistics, provision, and other domains.
At the final briefing, JATEC commander Brigadier General Wojciech Ozga emphasized the importance of training based on acquired experience. 'All the experience shared with us by the Armed Forces of Ukraine comes at a very high price. Our duty at JATEC is to document these lessons and transfer them into NATO doctrine. OFDeF offers a powerful channel for implementing this battlefield experience into multinational planning, complementing our broader mission of transforming combat experience into a strategic advantage across the Alliance,' emphasized Brigadier General Wojciech Ozga.
The conference also saw participation from the senior national representative of Ukraine to JATEC, Colonel Valeriy Vyshnivskyy, the director of program implementation at the NATO-Ukraine Joint Center. JATEC and NSATU are developing close cooperation, within which each organization has its unique role.
Representatives of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Center actively participated in the OFDeF conference, sharing experiences and skills with colleagues from other countries. The presence of Ukrainian representatives at such events contributes to strengthening cooperation and knowledge exchange with partners from Europe and North America.
