Fire in elderly home in Bosnia: at least 10 people die
According to glavcom.ua: According to local media reports, five more people were injured, three of whom are in intensive care. According to Ersia Asherich Muedinovic, spokesperson for the University Clinical Center in Tuzla, some patients received treatment for carbon monoxide poisoning.
A tragedy occurred in the city of Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina: a fire broke out in a nursing home, resulting in at least 10 deaths. The incident happened around 21:00 local time, and the fire was extinguished within an hour.
Three of the injured are in the internal medicine clinic, two of them in the intensive care unit. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and local authorities continue their investigation. It is worth mentioning that a tragedy recently occurred in Ukraine as well - three people died in a fire at a nursing home in the Odessa region.
