Brave1 launches a competition for UAH 150 million: how this will increase ammunition production

The First Deputy Prime Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of a competition by the Brave1 defense technology cluster to expand ammunition production in Ukraine.'Ukraine has managed to create a private ammunition market from scratch in two years. Together with Brave1, producers received support, expertise, and a fast track to the front. 40+ companies, 230+ codified products, and hundreds of thousands of destroyed targets,' the minister said.Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that these investments are aimed at developing ammunition production up to UAH 150 million on the condition of co-financing of 30%. The competition conditions are closed, and only producers who submit a request by September 9, pass compliance, and sign an NDA will have access to information about them. During the selection process, technical expertise, control tests, and implementation monitoring will be carried out.
