According to Главком: Brovary and Boryspil are cities facing the most challenging electricity supply situation in the Kyiv region. In response, Resilience Points have been established in these locations, operating around the clock to support the population. Access to these points allows people to receive warmth, energy, communication, and beverages during emergency electricity outages.
Addresses of Resilience Points
In Brovary, resilience points are located at the following addresses:
- Simona Petlyury St, 25;
- Kyivska St, 64;
- Heroes of Ukraine St, 30.
In Boryspil, the points are located at:

- Kyivsky Shliakh St, 47;
- Starovokzalna St, 2, 4, 6.
These measures have been taken in response to a challenging situation, as on January 12, over two thousand families in 19 settlements were left without electricity in the Kyiv region.
The most emergency power outages were recorded in the Obukhiv and Fastiv districts. The situation in the Brovary and Boryspil districts is currently in emergency outage mode. Starting January 13, hourly power outage schedules will also be implemented across all regions of Ukraine. These measures aim to reduce the load on the power grid and ensure stability in energy supply during challenging winter conditions.
The situation with electricity supply in Ukraine, especially in the Kyiv region, is caused by difficult weather conditions and the need to maintain stability in energy networks. The introduction of resilience points in the most affected areas ensures necessary conditions for the population during emergencies. The hourly outage schedules being implemented nationwide are another measure to manage the load on the power grid and improve the energy situation during the winter period.
