According to Главком: At the Unity Forum in Kyiv, organized by the Civil-Military Movement, the Head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, delivered a speech. The Head of the President's Office also pointed out that 'We must remember that it was Moscow that was founded by Kyiv Rus, to begin with. Why it happened that way is a question for historians. But it is the truth. They came from us, not the other way around.'
