Updated battle map

According to glavcom.ua: On the night of August 24, DeepState analysts updated the battle map. According to their data, Ukrainian troops pushed the enemy back near Andriivka in the Sumy region, where control was restored in June 2025.

At the same time, the enemy continued aggression near three populated areas along the front line - Vilanove Pole, Kam'yanske, and Plavni.

The defense forces are achieving successes in the East. This information is being suppressed by Russian propaganda, where they talk about 'victories' and 'seizing Donetsk in the fall.' But no, that does not exist and will not exist

The day before, Andrii Kovalenko noted that Ukrainian forces are engaging in successful battles and Russians are retreating in places.

Joint operation in Donetsk region

Fighters of the 37th Separate Marine Brigade, together with the 214th Separate Assault Battalion Opfor, have regained control over the settlement of Zelennyi Hai in the Donetsk region. A joint operation was also conducted to stop the advance of Russian military in this area.

In the ongoing 1278th day of the war, the enemy conducted 45 airstrikes, dropped 81 boxes of ammunition, and carried out 1439 kamikaze drone attacks. There were also 3169 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops.

After the nighttime update of the battle maps in Ukraine, it is known that Ukrainian forces were once again able to defend their positions near Andriivka and regain control over Zelennyi Hai in Donetsk. Russian troops continue aggressive actions in other sections of the front, which provides grounds for an appropriate response from Ukrainian military.
