According to glavcom.ua: On the evening of August 23, drones attacked the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, and areas of the Leningrad region. This information was spread by 'Glavkom' referencing monitoring channels.

Governors Alexander Drozdenko and Alexander Beglov reported the destruction of several drones in the Tosno, Kirishi, Gatchina, Pushkin, and Krasnoselsky districts.

Local authorities are urging citizens to avoid industrial zones and any places where there may be large crowds due to the potential threat of drones and possible slowdowns in mobile internet.

It is also worth noting that a 'carpet' regime has been declared in Moscow and St. Petersburg due to the drone attacks. For instance, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported the downing of drones that were heading towards the capital. Several downed flying devices were noted in the cities, where specialists are at work.

On Saturday, August 23, dozens of flights were delayed and canceled at Pulkovo Airport following the attack of Ukrainian drones on St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

According to information, drones attacked several regions in Russia, prompting reactions from local authorities and issues with air delivery. These events reveal how serious the use of drones can be in combat and protest actions.
