According to hvylya.net:
The Electronic Grain Exchange of Ukraine reported that export prices for barley in Ukraine rose by 300-400 UAH/ton to 10000-10100 UAH/ton or 207-210 $/ton with delivery to the Black Sea ports. At the same time, premium prices could be obtained for large batches with quick delivery.
As of July 18, 2.18 million tons of barley were harvested from 660.6 thousand hectares with a yield of 3.3 tons/hectare, which is 0.46 tons/hectare lower compared to the previous year. This indicates a trend towards a decrease in the gross harvest of barley in Ukraine. Rainfalls in the western regions have halted the harvest, further complicating the supply situation.
In the past week, export prices for barley in Ukraine have increased, reaching 10000-10100 UAH/ton. At the same time, the gross harvest of barley in the country shows a decline compared to the previous period, which may lead to difficulties in harvesting supplies due to the suspension of the harvest in the western regions.
