As of 11:13 on December 27, emergency power outages were implemented throughout the Kyiv region. The shelling of energy facilities continued all night, leading to a critical state in the energy system.

Condition of the injured and consequences

As of 11:10, 28 injured were reported in the capital, of which 13 people were hospitalized. The situation remains serious, as power outages may continue, and additional measures to ensure the stability of energy supply are possible.
