Ukrainian General Staff Reports 128 Combat Engagements and 37 Missile Strikes in 24 Hours
Frontline Operational Update for April 3
According to Главком: As of 10:00 PM on April 3, the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported intense combat activity across the front. Over the past day, 128 armed clashes were recorded, alongside numerous missile and air strikes by the invading forces. Since the start of the day, three separate missile barrages were conducted, involving a total of 37 missiles. The enemy also carried out 40 air strikes, deploying 140 guided aerial bombs and 6,531 kamikaze drones. In total, Russian forces shelled Ukrainian troop positions and settlements 2,663 times.
Situation Across Various Fronts
On the Pokrovsk front, preliminary reports indicate 53 occupiers were killed and 22 wounded. During the fighting, enemy shelters and 10 vehicles were destroyed, while 14 shelters, 3 artillery pieces, and 1 vehicle were damaged. Additionally, 237 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Active enemy operations were also recorded on other fronts:
- On the North-Slobozhanske and Kursk fronts, 2 air strikes were conducted using 7 guided aerial bombs.
- There were 91 artillery and mortar attacks on troop positions and settlements, including 12 strikes using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
- 2 combat engagements were recorded.
On the South-Slobozhanske front, the enemy made 5 assault attempts, with another 5 on the Kupiansk front. Ukrainian forces repelled 2 assaults on the Lyman front, while on the Sloviansk front, the enemy attempted to advance 3 times. Two enemy assaults are currently ongoing. On the Kostiantynivka front, occupiers stormed Ukrainian positions 18 times, and on the Pokrovsk front, 30 attacks occurred. There were 7 attacks on the Oleksandrivske front and 11 on the Huliaipilske front. One enemy attempt to advance was halted on the Orikhiv front.
