According to НБУ: During the event 'Dialogues with NV', the head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Andriy Pyshny, discussed the resilience of the economy, lending, international support, and risks for the investment climate. The participants focused on investments and business opportunities that were discussed during the event.

Pyshny expressed gratitude for the conversation with Vitaliy Sychev and emphasized the importance of ongoing support from international partners, particularly collaboration with the International Monetary Fund. The IMF mission in Ukraine is considering a new extended financing program, which is an important step for the country.

At this time, an IMF mission is working in Kyiv regarding a possible new extended financing program. Our forecast suggests that in 2026, Ukraine will receive over 45 billion dollars in international financial aid.

Pyshny stressed the importance of internal resource mobilization and the denationalization of the economy to support financing. He cited the successful increase in tax revenues from the gaming industry as a significant source of budget income.

The head of the NBU also noted that the banking sector has demonstrated resilience and continues to develop even amid the war. However, he warned about potential negative consequences from further increases in the profit tax for banks and unpredictable tax policies for the sector.

During the event 'Dialogues with NV', the head of the NBU spoke about the resilience of Ukraine's economy, international support, and the need for internal resource mobilization to support financing. A crucial step for the country may be signing a new extended financing program with the IMF, which would allow for significant investments to overcome economic challenges.
