Power Outage Schedules in Kyiv Oblast
According to Главком: On December 30, Kyiv Oblast announced power outage schedules that will come into effect on December 31. These measures apply to all regions of Ukraine and are aimed at optimizing energy consumption.
The power outage schedules for Kyiv Oblast include various shifts with specifically defined times:
- 1.1 shift: no electricity from 08:00 to 10:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00.
- 1.2 shift: outages from 03:00 to 06:30, from 08:00 to 10:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00.
- 2.1 shift: outages from 03:00 to 06:30 and from 13:30 to 20:00.
- 2.2 shift: outages from 03:00 to 06:30 and from 13:30 to 20:30.
- 3.1 shift: outages from 06:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
- 3.2 shift: outages on a similar schedule.
- 4.1 shift: no electricity from 06:30 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
- 4.2 shift: outages from 06:30 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
- 5.1 shift: outages from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 20:30 to 24:00.
- 5.2 shift: outages from 00:00 to 03:00, from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 20:30 to 24:00.
- 6 shift: outages from 00:00 to 03:00, from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 20:30 to 24:00.
These measures aim to ensure the stability of energy supply on the holiday.
The announced power outage schedules are part of nationwide measures aimed at optimizing energy consumption under limited resources.
They include planned outages to avoid overloading the electrical grid, especially during holidays when the demand for electricity may increase. Adherence to these schedules will help ensure stable energy supply in Ukraine and reduce risks for the electrical grid.
