According to Главком: On December 27, 2023, power outage schedules will be in effect in the Kyiv region. DTEK is the source of information about the schedules and the circumstances that led to their implementation. DTEK General Director Maxim Timchenko noted that winter 2023 will be the most challenging since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The Ukrainian energy system is experiencing a shortage of backup power systems, resulting from daily Russian shelling of Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which has not stopped.

Power Outage Schedules

For the convenience of residents of the Kyiv region, power outage schedules for December 27 are presented. They are as follows:

• 1.1 group – without electricity from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30.
• 1.2 group – without electricity from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30.
• 2.1 group – without electricity from 04:30 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00.
• 2.2 group – without electricity from 04:30 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30.
• 3.1 group – without electricity from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 18:30 to 22:00.
• 3.2 group – without electricity from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 18:30 to 22:00.
• 4.1 group – without electricity from 00:00 to 01:00, from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 18:30 to 22:00.
• 4.2 group – without electricity from 00:00 to 01:00, from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 18:30 to 22:00.
• 5.1 group – without electricity from 01:00 to 04:30, from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00.
• 5.2 group – without electricity from 01:00 to 04:30, from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00.
• 6.1 group – without electricity from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00.
• 6.2 group – without electricity from 11:30 to 18:30 and from 22:00 to 24:00.
