Information about the deal indicates that the loan cost is €6.75 million, while the buyout will cost 'Benfica' €20.25 million. Additionally, the Portuguese can give up to €5 million more to 'Shakhtar' depending on Sudakov's performance.

The agreement also stipulates that the Ukrainian club will receive 25% of the player's next transfer.

'Benfica' has the option to reduce this percentage to 15% if they pay €6 million. Moreover, the Portuguese will receive 5% of the transfer amount as a solidarity payment for developing the player.
