Manufacturers of the Russian air bomb UMPB D-30SN

According to glavcom.ua: The intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published information about the manufacturers of the Russian air bomb UMPB D-30SN, which can reach up to 100 km. According to intelligence, 36 Russian enterprises participated in the production of the bomb, many of which have been sanctioned. This was reported by GUR, as informed by 'Glavkom'.

UMPB D-30SN is a guided aerial munition, equivalent to the FAB-250 air bomb. It can be launched from Su-34, Su-30SM, Su-35, Su-24 aircraft and the S-70 'Okhotnik' drone. Also, according to reports, the bomb can be launched from ground platforms of the MLRS 'Tornado-S'. For operation in electronic warfare conditions, it has a satellite navigation system 'Kometa-M8'.

The 'Tactical Missile Armament' corporation is the main organizer of UMPB production, while 'Concern Granit-Electron' is the main executor.

'Dozens of companies that participated in the production of the bomb are already familiar with their connections to the Russian defense industry and are under sanctions from most countries. However, there are suppliers who still do not fall under sanctions, allowing them access to foreign components and technologies.' - noted GUR.

Identification of 'enemy targets of the defense industry'

According to intelligence, some manufacturers and suppliers of components for Russian weapons remain outside of sanctions, allowing them access to foreign technologies. GUR continues to identify 'enemy targets of the defense industry' to further restrict the aggressor's capabilities.

Recently, the special unit 'Phantoms' of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine successfully carried out a raid on temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result of the operation, three Mi-8 helicopters and the radar station 55Zh6U 'Sky-U' were destroyed. This was reported by GUR, citing 'Glavkom'.

Ukrainian intelligence has uncovered information about the manufacturers of Russian air bombs, aimed at further limiting the enemy's military capabilities. This indicates an increase in counterintelligence measures and active work in the field of intelligence to ensure national security. At the same time, a successful operation of the Ukrainian special unit in occupied Crimea is noted, which resulted in hitting enemy targets and inflicting damage on the enemy.
