Lviv choir 'Hominy' donates 1 million UAH to victims of the strike on Ternopil
According to glavcom.ua: Lviv choir 'Hominy' together with Teatr.org.ua decided to help those affected by the missile strike in Ternopil. They allocated 1 million UAH to assist people who suffered on November 19. This is a significant support during such a difficult time, as reported by the 'Glavcom' based on information from the choir's press service.
In the choir's opinion, Ternopil is a special city for them. There have been many concerts there, and some choir members were born in Ternopil. Therefore, they could not refrain from helping during this challenging time. Some words from the choir's statement are: 'The lives of the people who perished cannot be brought back. But we are obliged to support those who currently need our help very much.'
Victims of the missile strike on Ternopil
The insidious attack by the Russian Federation with missiles led to the death of 26 people in Ternopil, including three children. Another 73 people, including 15 children, were injured by the strikes. There is a possibility that more than 20 people are under the rubble of the building hit by the missile.
Days of mourning in the city are ongoing from November 19 to 21 to honor the memory of the victims. The attack was carried out using Russian cruise missiles X-101, launched from strategic aviation aircraft like Tu-95MS and Tu-160MS.
The situation in Ternopil is very difficult due to this tragedy. The help from the choir 'Hominy' and Teatr.org.ua is very important for supporting the victims and assisting in the city's recovery.
