Identified Russian Colonel Who Commanded Iskander Attack on Odessa
According to glavcom.ua: The Security Service of Ukraine has accumulated evidence of the involvement of a Russian colonel in war crimes. He gave the order for a strike on civilian infrastructure in Odessa, where eight civilians were killed, including a child. Another 23 people were injured. According to the investigation, this strike was ordered by the Russian colonel Evgeny Lederer, who headed the missile brigade of the 12th Southern Military District of Russia.
As a result of the attack, the Iskander-M missile system was used, which was launched from the occupied territory of Crimea and caused significant material damage and human losses. The investigation has notified Lederer of suspicion of war crimes and continues to work on holding him accountable to Ukraine.
