Changes in heating bill payments

Kyivenergo has changed the rules for paying heating bills, simplifying the process of submitting meter readings through a chatbot in Telegram and Viber. Now, owners of boilers and meters can submit readings without queues and phone calls, which greatly facilitates the process.

Meter readings must be submitted monthly from the 5th to the last day of the month. For customer convenience, contact phone numbers for the call center are provided:

You can submit readings through chatbots: on Telegram at t.me/komunalkaua_bot and on Viber at viber.com/chatbotgercua. In addition, online cabinets for users are available:

  • Kyivenergo at kte.kmda.gov.ua/my-cabinet/

All these innovations are aimed at simplifying communication with the service provider and improving convenience for consumers.
