When there will be no electricity in Kyiv on December 19, 2025

In Kyiv on Friday, December 19, hourly electricity outages will be introduced for household consumers. The restrictions will be in effect according to approved schedules for all queues. DTEK writes.

Electricity outages in Kyiv on December 19: schedules for queues

According to the published data, electricity will be turned off during the following time intervals:

• Queue 1.1: from 06:30 to 10:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30

• Queue 1.2: from 06:30 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00

• Queue 2.1: from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30

• Queue 2.2: from 06:30 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30

• Queue 3.1: from 00:00 to 03:00, from 10:00 to 14:00, and from 20:30 to 24:00

• Queue 3.2: from 10:00 to 17:00 and from 20:30 to 24:00

• Queue 4.1: from 00:00 to 03:00, from 10:00 to 14:00, and from 20:30 to 24:00

• Queue 4.2: from 00:00 to 03:00, from 12:30 to 17:00, and from 20:30 to 24:00

• Queue 5.1: from 03:00 to 06:30 and from 13:30 to 20:00

• Queue 5.2: from 03:00 to 06:30 and from 16:00 to 20:30

• Queue 6.1: from 06:00 to 10:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30

• Queue 6.2: from 03:00 to 06:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30.

Electricity outages in Kyiv on December 19: what is known about the reasons

Earlier, Ukrenergo reported that on December 19 hourly outage schedules will be applied in most regions of Ukraine. The restrictions are related to the damage to the energy infrastructure due to Russian missile and drone attacks.

Energy workers urge consumers to use electricity rationally and follow official announcements about possible schedule changes.

Let us remind you, strict schedule of electricity outages will remain in Ukraine throughout the winter of 2025-2026. This is due to dropping temperatures and increased electricity consumption, which causes a power deficit in the energy system.
