According to Главком: In a recent interview, Volodymyr Ostapchuk's ex-wife, notary and blogger Khrystyna Horniak, made serious allegations about her former husband's conduct during their marriage. She described a pattern of emotional abuse, frequent arguments linked to alcohol consumption, and infidelity. While Horniak denied any physical violence occurred, she confirmed Ostapchuk's aggressive behavior, which she says shattered their domestic peace.

Speaking to journalist Alina Dorotiuk, Horniak stated that Ostapchuk would sometimes fail to come home at night. She also emphasized that the TV host would only express feelings of love or make related demands while intoxicated.

"He never had these questions for me when he was sober. But when alcohol was involved, these grievances would surface," she noted.

During their fights, Horniak claims Ostapchuk acted aggressively, used profane language, and threw personal belongings and chairs. She also stated she possesses video evidence documenting this type of behavior.

Despite this, Horniak stressed that Ostapchuk never physically assaulted her.

"No, he didn't hit me. He hit everything around me. And it was primarily emotional abuse," she recounted.

She confessed to enduring emotional abuse and humiliation throughout the marriage, growing weary of it even after their divorce, which she says was precipitated by Ostapchuk's acts of infidelity.

For his part, Ostapchuk has previously denied struggling with alcohol addiction. Horniak mentioned that after drunken arguments, he would apologize and promise to stop drinking.

"Volodymyr had periods where he didn't drink alcohol. Yes, he would directly declare to me: 'That's it, I won't drink anymore,'" she added.

Horniak also admitted she forgave Ostapchuk both for his infidelity and for his repeated promises to change.
