An unknown song by Mozgoviy has been found: what is known about the Poplar Land

On September 7, a concert in memory of Mykola Mozgoviy took place at the Kyiv Palace of Ukraine - a brilliant composer and singer who made a significant contribution to Ukrainian pop music. His songs, golden hits, resonated 15 years after his death at a ceremony, the idea and organization of which is taken on each year by Mykola's daughter, Olena Mozgova. A week before the concert, Olena announced the discovery in the archives of a unique song 'Poplar Land', which was performed at the event by Maryna Kolomiyets. During the performance, it became known that this composition has long been performed by the People's Artist Ivan Popovych, who, along with Vadym Kryshchenko, created a version of the song. Both expressed positive attitudes towards the new performance of 'Poplar Land' and supported the idea that different interpretations of songs make them unique and interesting for listeners.
