According to experts, the Kremlin may change its strategy, focusing on propaganda and repression as tools of motivation for servicemen.
The reduction of bonuses and financial deficits in the regions complicate the situation with recruitment into the army. Existing difficulties may lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the main method of attracting new military personnel to the army.
