The Ukrainian choir 'Songs for Ukraine' performed the famous Christmas piece 'Carol of the Bells'. The choir was founded in spring 2023 and brings together about 130 Ukrainians, most of whom are refugees who found shelter in the United Kingdom.

In his address, King Charles III also made a donation to the Jewish charity World Jewish Relief, of which he has been a patron since 2015. Since the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, this organization has provided assistance to over 375,000 people in nearly 400 cities in Ukraine. Additionally, World Jewish Relief has helped 14,000 Ukrainian refugees in the United Kingdom.
