Lesya Nikityuk left Kyiv due to constant shelling: where she went

TV presenter Lesya Nikityuk temporarily left Kyiv after another round of massive Russian shelling. Along with her little son Oscar, she headed to her native Khmelnytskyi, where she is now spending time with her parents. The presenter announced this on her Instagram, and reports «Facts ICTV».

In her Instagram Stories, the presenter showed the way to the Khmelnytskyi region. The published footage features Ukrainian fields and rural landscapes.

She briefly commented on her departure from the capital with the words:

«The road to Khmelnytskyi… I was in Kyiv. Thank you».

Later, Lesya Nikityuk shared a photo with her little son Oscar during a walk, adding a short caption:

«My sunshine».

The presenter also posted a video in which her mother plays the accordion for her grandson. She accompanied the post with a joke:

«I enrolled the little one in music school. The director teaches personally».

In addition, Nikityuk showed a homemade breakfast with pancakes and fried bananas. According to the presenter, the dish was very much liked by the family.

In recent days, Kyiv has experienced several large-scale combined attacks by Russian forces using missiles and strike drones. Against this backdrop, some Ukrainian public figures are temporarily leaving the capital and moving to quieter regions of the country.
