A court in Lithuania sentenced a Ukrainian for terrorism: details of the case about the Ikea arson

According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian Daniil Bardadym was sentenced by a Lithuanian court to three years and four months in prison for the arson of an Ikea store in May 2024. He was also convicted for illegal possession of explosives and planning terrorist acts in Lithuania and Latvia.
The prosecutor in the case emphasized the seriousness of Bardadym's criminal activity, who was charged with a terrorist act on behalf of the Russian intelligence service. It was noted that the Ukrainian does not plan to appeal.
The Ukrainian, according to the prosecutor, planned terrorist attacks in various cities, but he was detained before implementing his plans.
The case also involves the Russian military intelligence's involvement in the crime, which caused significant resonance in Lithuanian society.
