Due to the energy crisis and the lack of hot water, Maxim is forced to consider the possibility of temporarily going abroad for the winter to survive. However, he does not want to leave his country, but in the absence of hot water, he will have to leave to save his life.

Problem with obtaining a foreign passport

The problem arose due to the inability to visit the passport office independently because of Maxim's health condition. Government officials refuse to issue a passport, as it is not considered a vital document.

I can't go to them, they don't want to come to me... What should some paralyzed grandmother do – die silently?

Maxim calls on the authorities to review the situation and appeals to the public for support and attention to the problems of disabled people. The man reminds about the new system for assessing the daily functioning of disabled people in Ukraine and the need to undergo an inspection for disability assessment purposes.
