According to ХВИЛЯ: A massive enemy attack in Ukraine has left between 40% and 60% of mobile operator Kyivstar's infrastructure without power. The assault has severely disrupted mobile communications across nine of the country's regions.

Out of Kyivstar's 16,500 base stations, just over 1,000 are currently non-operational. This indicates significant challenges in maintaining service in the hardest-hit areas. The company has mobilized more than 2,000 staff members to support the network and restore connectivity.

Oleksandr Komarov, a representative of Kyivstar: 'In some regions, the operator is in a state of complete power blackout.'

He also noted that while the network is down in some zones, overall, fewer than 10% of all sites remain offline. The core network is protected for 72 hours, and the company is confident it can last even longer. The situation remains complex, but Kyivstar continues to work on restoring service in the affected areas.
