Massive shelling in Ukraine

According to ДСНС: A massive shelling took place in Ukraine, resulting in casualties and injuries. The shelling lasted nearly 5 hours, during which over 240 drones and 36 missiles were used. In Kyiv, 4 people died and 25 were injured. As a result of the attack, substations, lines, and generation facilities were damaged, leading to power and water supply outages in some areas of the capital.

Restoration of power supply

Work is currently underway to restore power supply. Emergency crews are working to restore electricity in most regions. In Slavutych, efforts are ongoing to restore power for about 3000 subscribers. Authorities and emergency services are actively engaged in eliminating the consequences of the shelling.

This shelling is part of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, which has serious consequences for the civilian population. Attacks on critical infrastructure, including power supply, threaten not only the safety of people but also their basic needs for life. Restoring damaged facilities and providing assistance to victims remain priority tasks for local authorities and emergency services.
