The wife of fallen defender Pavlo Dekan Mantulo decided to celebrate her and her husband's birthday. Karina and Pavlo were born on the same day, but last year Pavlo was killed defending Ukraine. The girl brought a cake to the cemetery divided into two parts with the corresponding age numbers.

Karina lit candles on the cake while standing next to her beloved husband's grave. She was moved by what was happening: 'We died on the same day. But you were buried, and I wasn't.' This act divided opinions among social media users. Many expressed their condolences and support to the wife, feeling sorrow for the broken happiness of the family and admiring the strength of spirit needed to cope with such a loss.
