Ukraine and the Netherlands Discussed New Defense Solutions and Accountability for the Russian Federation
Meeting of Foreign Ministers
Today, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with his Dutch counterpart David van Velden. Various aspects of cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
'Together in international affairs – and together in our trips from NATO to the ministerial meeting of the OSCE. I am grateful to David van Velden for his involvement and to the Netherlands for their leadership in supporting Ukraine.'
During the discussion on defense cooperation and accountability for Russian crimes, both ministers agreed to further dialogue at the highest level. Andrii Sybiha also informed David about the situation at the front and the progress in peace negotiations that took place after meetings in Geneva and Miami.
'I look forward to the further development of the wonderful Ukrainian-Dutch partnership,' emphasized Minister Sybiha.
In summary: the foreign ministers of Ukraine and the Netherlands discussed cooperation between the countries, talked about the defense sector and support for Ukraine, and agreed on further meetings and joint events at the international level.
