Sybiha and Kallas discussed pressure on the Russian Federation and the credit from frozen assets

According to МЗС: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with the high-ranking representative of the European Union for foreign policy and security, Kaia Kallas. During the meeting, the main aspects of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU were discussed.
'The important role of Europe in our peace process. This is a matter of peace and security for the entire continent. Thank you for the important EU decision to refuse Russian coal and gas,' emphasized Andrii Sybiha.
'We discussed ways to intensify pressure on Russia and support Ukraine. The credit within the reparation mechanism – with full use of frozen Russian assets – as well as including Ukraine in procurement under the SAFE mechanism, are of significant importance,'
he emphasized.
The meeting between Andrii Sybiha and Kaia Kallas underscored the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU on security and energy issues, as well as support for Ukraine in the context of its relations with Russia.
