Mine-explosion barriers: The Armed Forces of Ukraine and manufacturers seek solutions

According to hvylya.net: Representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the domestic defense-industrial complex met at the initiative of the Ministry of Defense to discuss enhancing the capabilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the strategic defense operation. The main issue at the meeting was the need for ammunition to deter the enemy, especially considering the capabilities of Ukrainian manufacturers and recent changes in legislation.

'The creation of mine-explosion barriers is one of the most effective ways to deter the enemy at the frontline. The basis for the development and scaling of this direction should be the capabilities of the domestic defense-industrial complex combined with innovations that combat brigades have already tested on the battlefield' - emphasized Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Colonel Volodymyr Zaveruha.

During the meeting, key stages for the further development of this direction were determined, which must consider technological requirements and the possibility of rapid scaling of production.

As a result of the meeting, the main directions of cooperation between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense-industrial complex were identified to strengthen the country's defensive capabilities in the face of modern geopolitical challenges.
