Deputy Minister of Defense Serhii Boiev confirmed the arrangement during a meeting with an RTX delegation led by Raytheon's Executive Director for Ukraine, Jennifer Pusner. Company representatives emphasized their commitment to expediting the supply of these missiles, which will be secured through direct contracts and international support mechanisms.

International Support for Ukraine's Air Defense

In a related development, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius stated that Berlin can no longer provide Ukraine with Patriot systems from its own military stocks. He noted that Germany has already transferred over a third of its Patriot arsenal to Ukraine, a contribution he described as disproportionately large compared to other allies.
