People's deputy Fyodor Venislavsky emphasized that in Ukraine, the right of citizens to receive education cannot be restricted. He noted that any attempts to limit this right contradict the Constitution of the country. Venislavsky also highlighted the importance of preventing possible abuses of this right through draft evasion.According to the deputy, he observes a significant increase in the number of students aged 30 to 50 years and older in the future. Venislavsky stressed that the right to deferment from mobilization should be used rationally, not only to avoid restricting access to education but also to prevent possible abuses of this right.
