According to glavcom.ua: Both offenders turned out to be minors, so the inspectors called their parents to the scene. The investigative team is already working to establish the circumstances of the offense, and the prohibited catch, fishing tools, motorcycle, and boat have been seized.
On the night of August 12, water patrol inspectors identified two individuals engaged in illegal fishing in the Sulinsky nature reserve. The men were loading fish onto a motorcycle; inspectors found many prohibited fishing tools and freshly caught fish, including bream, pikeperch, perch, carp, crucian carp, and bluegill. The total amount of damages caused is over 1 million 350 thousand UAH.
In the Cherkasy region, inspectors identified illegal fishing in the Sulinsky nature reserve. Two minors were involved in this activity, and their relatives were called to the scene. The catch and fishing tools were seized, and the offense is being investigated by the police.
