According to Главком: A court in the Khmelnytskyi region has imposed a 17,000 hryvnia fine on a senior soldier from a notification team for exceeding his official authority. The incident occurred on May 9 of this year in the village of Vinkivtsi, Khmelnytskyi district, where the serviceman struck a citizen and used tear gas during a conflict that broke out on Sobornoi Ukrainy Street near the Aurora store. According to court materials, three Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) employees were carrying out citizen notification measures. The defendant was in tactical clothing without chevrons, epaulets, or name tags, while the other two employees were in civilian attire.
