The rebate rates are set at 15% for diesel, 10% for gasoline, and 5% for autogas. An individual can receive a maximum monthly fuel rebate of 1,000 UAH.

Users access the rebate through the 'Diia' app. While the refund typically appears the day after a purchase, processing can sometimes take up to seven days. If the cashback is not credited, individuals must submit a form along with a photo of their fiscal receipt to initiate a resolution.
