Although his overseas business trip concluded on September 18, 2025, he had not returned to work by the time of this report. Kravchenko has been summoned to a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada’s law enforcement committee scheduled for Tuesday, after which he plans to address the media.

Despite stepping down as Prosecutor General, Kravchenko remains a prosecutor within the Office of the Prosecutor General and insists he will not tender his resignation. As of 2:00 PM on September 21, 2025, he was still absent from work, three days after his foreign trip ended.
