According to glavcom.ua: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the Hamas leaders in Qatar are still alive. According to Netanyahu, they have blocked all attempts for a ceasefire to continue the war in Gaza, disregarding the civilian population.
The Prime Minister warned that those responsible for violence against peaceful citizens will not go unpunished, as Israeli intelligence continues to monitor Hamas's actions and prepares for future attacks.
“This statement came after Israel's airstrikes on Hamas leadership in Qatar, which drew condemnation from the country known as an important mediator in ceasefire negotiations,”
Netanyahu also stated the necessity of capturing the city of Gaza to defeat Palestinian militants. Meanwhile, Spain is imposing an arms embargo on Israel, and Qatar condemned the Israeli attack that resulted in the death of a key Hamas negotiator in Doha.
