Brave1 allocates 8 million for Ukrainian components for weapons: 20 priority areas
At the beginning of the war in Ukraine, political and economic realities changed, stimulating the development of drone production and innovative weapons. Many component manufacturers began developing their own products in the fields of microelectronics, engines, communication, and other key components.
The company Brave1 Components announced a new grant program for Ukrainian component manufacturers. The main goal is to ensure independence from the import of essential parts for production.
Program participants can receive up to 8 million hryvnias to expand research and enhance the technological readiness of their developments. Together with the Ministry of Defense and other manufacturers, 20 priority areas have been identified, including: engines, drives, propulsion elements, computing systems, sensors, communication, cameras, and other electronic components.
The main requirements for participants include unique technologies, availability of research and development, speed of scaling production, and competitive pricing with increased production volumes.
The market for components in Ukraine is actively developing: currently, there are over 200 manufacturers of components for drone systems. This opens new prospects for exports and serves as a basis for cooperation with Europe and the USA.
Ukrainian component manufacturers have gained support from Brave1 Components, which will contribute to the development of domestic production and increase its competitiveness in the global market.
