According to Главком: In the early hours of June 11, Russia launched an assault on Ukraine, deploying two Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 221 attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). According to the Ukrainian Air Force, defense forces managed to shoot down or neutralize 195 of these hostile drones. The attack resulted in missile and drone impacts across nine locations, with debris from intercepted aircraft falling at eight additional sites.
Casualties and Emergency Response
The strike on a residential building in Pavlohrad raised the number of injured to 12 people. Among the victims is a 75-year-old woman hospitalized in critical condition. Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Hanza reported the tragedy and warned that the assault is ongoing, with enemy drones still present in the airspace.

Forces involved in repelling the attack included aviation, surface-to-air missile units, electronic warfare and drone system teams, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces. The types of enemy UAVs used were:
- Shahed
- Gerbera
- Italmas
- Parody-type decoy drones
Drone interceptions occurred across multiple regions, particularly in the north, south, and east of the country.
