Germany will allocate $6 billion to Ukraine for drones: details of the agreement with Boevi
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Serhiy Boev, held a meeting with the advisor on economics and finance of the Federal Chancellor of Germany, Levin Golle. Issues of political support, financial aid, and the supply of Patriot systems were discussed.
'We see that the Russian Federation is not giving up on its plans to occupy Ukraine and terrorize the peaceful population, so Germany's support is important for us. I am confident that our partnership will only develop further,'
Boev noted.
Particular attention was paid to cooperation in the defense and industrial sectors. Ukraine noted the need for $6 billion to develop the production of drones and other combat means. The parties agreed on the importance of joint projects, including the Build with Ukraine initiative.
Ukraine continues to make efforts to ensure its security and defense capability, attracting support and cooperation from other countries, especially Germany. Discussions on support, funding, and joint initiatives indicate a serious approach from both sides to strengthen cooperation and partnership.
