According to Главком: In Germany, two Ukrainian citizens, Danyil B. and Vladislav T., have been charged with espionage on behalf of Russian intelligence. This charge is related to their activities, which involved sending packages with activated GPS trackers from Cologne to Ukraine. The actions of the suspects were carried out on behalf of the Russian intelligence through intermediaries in Mariupol.

The suspects were detained in May 2025: Danyil B. was arrested on May 9, and Vladislav T. on May 10. Subsequent actions by the prosecution led to the indictment being submitted to the Senate of State Security of the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart on December 23, 2025. Additionally, another suspect, Yevhen B., who was arrested in Switzerland on May 13, 2025, and extradited to Germany on December 23, 2025, is also involved in this case.
