Nova Poshta announces mass layoffs: what is known about the company's plans

Despite the layoffs, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development continues to provide financial support to 'Nova Poshta'. The company's financial performance, although with controversial dynamics, showed an increase in net revenue in the first quarter of 2025, but a decrease in net profit.

Management is auditing the work of 7,000 office staff, planning to transfer half of them to other positions or lay them off.
