According to hvylya.net: They say that what’s new is just well-forgotten old. The Ukrainian parliament may lose the nationwide bill to increase childbirth payments to 50 thousand hryvnias. Why? Because the previous government has resigned, and the bills it presented may remain a slow memory. Whether this is fair or not, it is the will of politicians.
'The essence of this norm is that the government must implement its reform program or activity program, and the new government has a new program that will not coincide with the previous government. Otherwise, what was the point of changing the government? The bills presented by the previous government are automatically (even without any actions) considered withdrawn'
And although the possibility of a larger one-time payment at childbirth is an important issue for many Ukrainians, the new heads of government may have other priorities. Will this bill manage to go through all decision-making stages or will it remain forgotten in the corridors of power - this remains a big question.
