New mobilization rules: who will be automatically classified as military liable

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted resolution No. 916, which allows sending summons by registered letters. This concerns 'combat' summonses for mobilization and directing to the place of service.
The Judicial and Legal Newspaper reports changes in the call-up procedure after the corresponding age: citizens who turn 25 will automatically be assigned the rank of 'reserve soldier (sailor)'. Medical professionals and pharmacists will also face new rules for informing and accounting, as well as citizens who have changed their personal data.
These changes are aimed at improving the call-up and military accounting system to be more effective and responsive in mobilizing resources and controlling military liability in the country.
