Evacuation from Donetsk region has doubled: how people are rescued under fire
The scale of evacuation in the Donetsk region is growing
According to hvylya.net: According to the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Vadim Filashkin, the volume of evacuation of civilian residents from settlements has significantly increased. If a month ago 300-400 people were leaving daily, now this figure reaches 600-700 people.
Only 1370 people currently remain in the city of Pokrovsk. There is an inability to deliver humanitarian or medical assistance due to constant shelling.
Filashkin emphasized that evacuation is carried out exclusively with the participation of the military, as it is dangerous to enter the cities. In addition, without police and emergency services units, it is also impossible. In Konstantinovka, 8261 people remain, and in the city of Kramatorsk, the population is also leaving due to constant shelling from the enemy. About 150 settlements close to the frontline are currently without water, gas, and electricity supply.
