Odesa paralyzed by rain: which streets are completely flooded
According to glavcom.ua: This morning, Odesa was hit by a real downpour, which led to the paralysis of part of the public transport and significant flooding of the streets. In some areas of the city, traffic is heavy or even impossible. The city authorities and police urge drivers to be especially careful and refrain from traveling.
Due to the heavy rainfall, the city's electric transport operations were paralyzed. Trolleybuses and trams had to stop running on some lines due to power outages. For example, trams No. 7, 13, and 27 are temporarily out of service. Trolleybus No. 10 only goes to Rishlevskaya Street, while trolleybus No. 8 goes to Khimichnaya Street.

The Odesa city hall confirmed that severe flooding has been observed on several key transport arteries. Traffic on Hroyev NeBesnoy Sotni Street, Ivan Petrov Street, and Akademyk Hlushka Street is completely impossible. Complications have also been noted on sections of Khimichna/Promyslova, Prymorska/Gazovyi Lane, and others.
The patrol police urge drivers to turn on their low beam headlights, maintain a safe distance, and avoid sharp maneuvers. Citizens are asked to be careful and, if possible, refrain from traveling until the weather conditions improve.
